Op11 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the op11 platform through the website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to continue using the platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and op11. By registering an account or making any transaction on this platform, users are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all conditions set out herein. op11 reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review the latest version.

Account Creation and Security

To access op11's full services, users are required to register a valid account with accurate and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without notice.

Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials — including username and password — confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the op11 support team immediately at [email protected].

Op11 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time for compliance and security purposes. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary restrictions on account functions.

User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

Users agree to use the op11 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. The following are prohibited on this platform are:

  • Accessing another user's account without authorisation.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, system manipulation, or attempts to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform.
  • Distributing malicious software or carrying out any activity that could compromise the security of the system.
  • Sharing login credentials with third parties.
  • Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access the platform.

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension and further action at op11's discretion.

Payments, Transactions and Account Policy

Payment Information

All transactions on the op11 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits using available local payment methods, including DuitNow, bank transfers, and approved eWallets. op11 is not liable for any delays or transaction failures caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same bank account or payment method used for the deposit, subject to identity verification. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between one to three business days.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

Op11 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons: breach of terms of use, suspicious activity, failure to complete identity verification, or at the user's own request. In the event of account closure, any valid balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to the conditions set out.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Changes to Terms

Limitation of Liability

Op11 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical service disruptions beyond our control. op11's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount paid by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the op11 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, and design elements — is the exclusive property of op11 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent from op11.

Third-Party Links

The op11 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience only. op11 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites.

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Op11 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes the user's acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
